    1. Recommendation from Church Assistance regarding  Malama Christian Fellowships  assessment for 600.00 monthly support for October and November, 2023.  
  7. New Business: OBN Annual Meeting
    1. Reorganization:  For Council Members to chose which leadership team and discipleship group they want to be involved for 2024.  Reminder from Janet: "Our Bylaws state in At. IV Officers: 'The officers of the Network shall be:  Moderator, Vice Moderator, Clerk and Treasurer...The officers shall not serve as Team Leaders."  
    2. Formation of a team that will lead in assessing and revising the Constitution and By-Laws.

    1. Practical Shepherding, Nov 10 & 11; 9am - 1:30pm at Olivet BC; $20.00 Total Cost for both days.

OBN  Leadership Teams

1.  Missions/Evangelism (Bong, Charlene and Jerrell)  - To be involved in local and international missions and evangelism by working with local churches and para-church ministries to launch, develop, facilitate, promote, and provide resources for events, programs, and other activities.
2. Church planting/revitalization (Jeff, John, Jamie) - To equip churches for church planting and church revitalization and encourage them to cooperate with each other in these endeavors
3. Church assistance (Jerrell, Hazel, Janet, John and David) - To help foster and develop inter-church relationships that lead to meeting each other’s needs
4. Orientation and mentorship of new ministry leaders / New Leadership (Matt, Charlene, Jerrell) - To facilitate the transition of new ministry leaders or ministry leaders new to Oahu including encouraging and establishing mentorship relationship
5. Discipleship (Matt, Jang, Janet, John) - To help equip churches to disciple in their contexts
6. Communication (Bong, Matt, Charlene, Jerrell) - To communicate with OBN churches in personal and technological ways
