1. Suggest a course of action regarding the Constitution and Bylaws being postponed for next year.  Three concerns were brought up on the floor, and they are the following: 
1. Has our purpose changed? It looks like OBN is proposing a totally new Constitution instead of just changing that one section.
2. Article V - Philosophy - The OBN has always been a bottom-up organization that encourages local church autonomy but the new constitution will work against church autonomy.
3. The current Article XI - Amendments - calls for a two-thirds vote by messengers but church members should have been made aware of this proposed change. There is a lack of communication between the OBN and the lay people. The pastors may have been made aware of this proposed change but the lay people have not heard of this proposed change until this meeting. The lay people need to know what OBN is about.

1. Church Assistance regarding request from Ewa Beach Baptist Church.
2. Church Assistance regarding request from Waipahu Community Christian Church
3. Mission and Evangelism regarding request to fund the Swap Meet Ministry to be headed by Simon and Krista Hoopes.  
4. Mission and Evangelism regarding the start of Inter-Church Sports Evangelism.
5. That OBN give a gift to Puukahea through HBF for the purpose of capital improvements.

OBN  Leadership Teams

​​1.  Missions/Evangelism:  (Jerrell, Charlene, Hazel, Hawn Soo):  To be involved in local and international missions and evangelism by working with local churches and para-church ministries to launch, develop, facilitate, promote, and provide resources for events, programs, and other activities.

2.  Church planting/revitalization (Jamie, Hawn Soo, David):  To equip churches for church planting and church revitalization and encourage them to cooperate with each other in these endeavors. 

3.  Church assistance (Jerrell, Janet, Hazel, Faith, John):   To help foster and develop inter-church relationships that lead to meeting each other’s needs

4.  Orientation and mentorship of new ministry leaders / New Leadership (Harlan, Matt):   To facilitate the transition of new ministry leaders or ministry leaders new to Oahu including encouraging and establishing mentorship relationship

5.  Discipleship (Matt, Annie*, Harlan, Janet, John):  To help equip churches to disciple in their context.

6.  Communication (Annie, Janet*, Matt, Faith, Charlene):   To communicate with OBN churches in personal and technological ways
