Inquiry From Shane (UABC):  Please share my appreciation with everyone who has worked diligently toward the presentation of the proposed OBN constitution and bylaws.  This is no small undertaking.  I ask the OBN membership question because, according to the proposed criteria for membership, none of the current OBN churches will satisfy all of the criteria. The following proposed criteria points are the drivers of my question:  Submitted a written request to the OBN Leadership Team for membership expressing a desire to partner with OBN in accordance with the OBN covenant.  Elected at an OBN annual meeting.  Thank you in advance for your attention and response to my question.  Two questions I have:  
1. If these proposed documents are approved by the messengers at next Friday's Annual Meeting, when will they be implemented?  
2. In addition, when and how will the membership of the OBN be reformulated should these proposed bylaws be approved?
2. Inquiry from Pastor Mike (Haleiwa):  Suppose the CBL gets approved and it only calls for 12, I would be ok to step back to keep the number.  
3. $ 400.00 - Love Offering to Nuuanu BC for the use of the facility for OBN and OBI event.
